
The moment you uncover a unexpected pain point during a customer interview. An exciting whiteboard session with a team. Putting on headphones and pushing pixels in Sketch. Making something move delightfully in a prototyping tool. These are just a few of the things I love about being a designer.
When I first started out in the design field 11 years ago, I never thought I would be enthusiastic about designing experiences for financial institutions. But over the last four years I have realized that wherever there are real customer problems to solve there is always a place for passion.
